[Building Sakai] RSS Feed Parser

I think I'm right in saying the default reader uses Rome but this is highly restricive.

Indeed the updated version we're using (so we can display twitter) wont display sakai news.

Nuno's newsfeed tool uses a different one and it displays far more feeds.

I see that the News tool does this:
Look at BasicNewsChannel.initChannel(String)
It is using HttpURLFeedFetcher() (I don't know anything about it, just looked for it!)
