[Building Sakai] still can't build trunk; this time the build fails

The revision number is on the archived tar files.
http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org/tarballs/

63095->63121 is where the problem is for this one. There were 2 osp
checkins, 63114 and 63121. The problem looks to be in 63121.
