[Building Sakai] Merging two system

Hi to all,

I'm trying merge sakai with another system, but I intend get a user
which the another system will pass to sakai and putting it on sakai,
i.e, I wanna get the user, put it on session and redirect it to a
specific page. However, I have no idea how can I to do it. 
Could you help me?
