[Building Sakai] Remote Eclipse over X-Terminal

Ubuntu has a remote desktop option that starts up vnc in the
System->Preference menu of Gnome. Connecting from windows with ultravnc has
always worked well for me.

I think someone else suggested freenx, that a little faster but is a little
harder to setup.
