[Building Sakai] Setting up Sakai development environment

To answer my own question, there is:
http://maven.apache.org/maven-1.x/plugins/eclipse/

Still, I'd suggest developing with at least Sakai 2.5 which uses  
Maven2 if you are just starting out.
