[Building Sakai] Resubmision problem with Assignment Tool at sakai2-6

I have tested this issue on http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8082/portal/
Server and almost get the same problems.

I have created the same test scenario as my previous email below. 

(1)The first problem is that the student can only submit once now even with resubmission 2 times permission setting. This is a little different from sakai-2-6-x problem
(2) The second issue is the same as for sakai-2-6-x. After instructor has returned back to student with 1 time resubmission, the student can resubmit it back unlimited.

Does anyone notice this issue too?

You can find out if this is a problem in 2-6-x only or also in trunk by testing on nightly2, e.g.

If you find it a problem still in trunk, please file a JIRA with the details below of how to reproduce the problem.

Hi,

We are testing the current sakai-2-6-x branch (just svn updated today) and have a problem with the Assignment Tool.  There are two issues:
Scenario:
An instructor creates an assignment with resubmission setting  to 2 (allow to resubmit to 2 times),
then
(1)  The student can keep resubmitting his assignment over and over again without these 2 time restrictions on submission. (The resubmission allowed counter is not counting down)
(2) Once the instructor has received the assignment, then graded and return it to this student with 1 time resubmission for example.  Now, this student opens the returned assignment and resubmit the assignment back again.  The issue here is that the student can open it again and resubmit it again even with a 'number of resubmission allowed' count vaue: 0.

I don't know if the sakai-2-6-0-RC2 works or has the same problem.  Does the current sakai-2-6-x branch misses some patches for fixing this bug?
