[Building Sakai] SAK-5071: what about sites already created?

Hi all!

We had SAK-5071 problem (a server misconfiguration made search tool links to http://localhost:8080/..... instead of http://<server_name>/ <http://%3cserver_name%3e/> ....)

Now, for new sites, search tool links are created rightly, but....what about old sites? How can we get old sites search tool links point to http://<server_name>/ <http://%3cserver_name%3e/> .... ?
