[Building Sakai] Full JSP CRUD tool

hi,

I'm developing a tool with appbuilder, I generated a full jsp crud tool
without make changes, this builded succesfull and it created the tool_ITEM
table in data bases, but this generate a error when i run sakai

What can I do because I did not change and it generates errors?
