[Building Sakai] getting null session

[KetanNale]

When i do first request to my tool i get session value as follows :

org.sakaiproject.tool.impl.SessionComponent$MyLittleSession at 56d3a73e

but when i come across the same i get session as NULL,
for getting session i have used this function....
ToolSession session = SessionManager.getCurrentToolSession();

How this happens ??
