[Building Sakai] 2.5 binary install doc out of date

Someone in the Sakai irc room (#sakai on freenode.net) pointed out today
that the install guide at
http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/confluence/display/DOC/Install+Guide+-+Binary+Install+(2.5)
is out of date to the point that it no longer works.  Is there a better
install guide somewhere or does anyone have some time to fix it up?
