[Building Sakai] [WG: Sakai QA] OpenID

A Tomcat-level OpenID module could also work with Sakai's
container.login setting, eg
http://blog.facilelogin.com/2008/11/openid-authenticator-for-tomcat.html
(I am not recommending this particular solution, nor have I even tested
it).
