[Building Sakai] QTI format for Tests export

hi All,

what is the most widely used packaging format for exported tests? I am 
looking for QTI format for Tests exported from different testing tools 
to support mneme importing tests from other tools.

In your Colleges/Universities what format you use to export the tests 
created using Respondous and other tools? What is the preferable and 
widely used format to export tests?

I have looked into Respondous's save QTI XML File format options.
