[Building Sakai] INFO: destroy()

 From my scant experience ... I have sometime seen this when there was
an error in sakai.properties. Using the "noisy destruction" modification
to the spring jar was always helpful in figuring out what went wrong,
especially when there was no error reported before the problem occurred.
