[Building Sakai] question of sakai

thanks, i know this tools, i deleted the new account tool with Gateway site,
but i want to know if i can do this of another way, i mean, maybe in some
files.


and i have another question.  !gateway where calls the list of links
(welcom, new account, training, about, features and aknowledgements ) of
principal gateway,where i can change it
