[Building Sakai] user accounts with no passwords

Hi all,

User Accounts can be created with no passwords (via Admin New User  
tool), and I've read Jira tickets that say its meant to be in there  
and there is a use case etc, but how does one login with no password  
after this account is created? No password would be useful for  
development and logging in under different accounts - is there a sakai  
property I can set that allow me to login with no password?

I'm thinking of Homer and how he triples productivity by just typing  
'y' instead of 'yes'.
