Hi Luiz,

ref is a reference to the site_id.
session_id references to sakai_session.session_id

I also don't know what 'm' at event_code means. I've never used it.

Hope this helps.

Asunto: [Building Sakai] Description of table SAKAI_EVENT

Hi people,

Please, does anybody know what is the meaning of each field in the SAKAI_EVENT table (Sakai version 2.4) ?

What I could undestand is:

EVENT_ID: autoincrement id
EVENT_DATE: timestamp for each event recorded in database
EVENT: <tool>.<event>
REF: THIS FIELD, I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND
SESSION_ID: I believe it's an ID session in hexadecimal, where substrings values to be nothing to do with user identification
EVENT_CODE: I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS IT. I FOUND VALUES m AND a FOR THIS FIELD.

Please, what is right and what is wrong and what should be to that I described in a wrong way?

Thanks in advance!

Regards,

Luiz
