[Building Sakai] RWiki and public access

OK, so these folks would only need to have an account on the system to access that page?  We've tried to give out those URLs, but they don't seem to be totally world readable, so we were trying to figure out how the security worked.

Does the site need to have the .anon role in it with site.visit?

Also on the info page after you give the read permission there are
links in the feed section lower on the page. One of these is "public
view". This is the link that you'd give out to people who want access
to the page. You'd have to make sure that all pages linked off of this
page also have the public read permission on them.
