[Building Sakai] Problem with mneme

First, thanks for your quick information.

I see and I tried doing what you said me, but I'm getting the same
problem. 
Please, take a look on picture what's up with the sakai.
I created a user with the 'instructor' role, but doesn't work. I guess
the problem is going with the tool. Do you know what's happening?
