[Building Sakai] LDAP data -> Profile

Hi Tom,

The current profile can be locked, however doesn't get it's data from  
LDAP. You might like to take a look at the contrib tool 'Profile2'  
though, which does both. The locking work is complete in trunk and  
will be rolled into the next version (1.2) or I could patch a version  
of 1.1 for you.
