[Building Sakai] problem uploading .url files via webdav.

AFAICT, the URL type resources are just files with the URL as the  
content and mime type of text/url. In fact, uploading a file with  
content of just a URL then setting the mime type in 'Edit Details' to  
'text/url' causes the file to be opened in the browser and the link  
followed. This was just a text file I created, but if you had the  
correct mime type to start with when the file was uploaded, that might  
work?

If there a standard for what the content of the .url files are meant  
to be which is cross platform?
