[Building Sakai] OSP - Matrix Edit super slow

Nothing extraordinary. I applied the changes to our local Sakai 2.5.3
version and it worked fine.

I've added a patch file for Sakai 2.5.3 to the issue.

Cheers,

Mark

Mark Breuker just asked about this on the portfolio list on June 5.
He applied the patch from SAK-13520 in 2.5.3 and seemed to have good
results. I believe it worked with a simple svn merge.

Did you have to do anything extraordinary, Mark?

Thanks,
-Noah
