[Building Sakai] About schedule tool - Calendar subscriptions problem in sakai 2.6

Interesting - the Calendar tool doesn't have any declared dependency on
commons-codec that I can see and therefore isn't deploying it in either
the webapp or the  component (thought the summary tool uses it)
