[Building Sakai] Notes in SAKAI_PERSON_T table

Hi Omer,

Notes should be a TEXT type field in MySQL and VARCHAR2(4000) in  
Oracle, although I just found the same issue in Jira:
http://jira.sakaiproject.org/jira/browse/SAK-6102

I don't recall changing the size of the field explicitly, what version  
Sakai?
