[Building Sakai] Wiki error

Does anyone have info on this wiki error? http://bugs.sakaiproject.org/jira/browse/SAK-12158

We're seeing it on our sakai instance (sakai 2.4, oracle) and I'm wondering if anyone knows what might be causing it or if there's a fix.
