[Building Sakai] New Kernel Snapshot: Jar version upgrades

Hi All,

I have just pushed a new snapshot of the 1.1 kernel to the snapshot
repo. This includes an update of the javax.mail (to 1.4.2) and
activation (to 1.1.1). These bring us uptodate with the latest stable
releases of these projects and in the case of activation with code in
the 1.6 jvm.

Developers working with trunk code should as a minimum delete the
javamail and activation jars from shared/lib and rebuild the
kernel-deploy module

Thanks to Ray for addressing KNL-239 that allowed this and for Sack's
Coffee shop, Berkeley for the Wifi.
