[Building Sakai] EMI questions in Samigo

Hi
Just wondering if anyone else is using samigo for EMI type questions. Would love to hear your thoughts and how you compile the questions.
 
We ran our first big EMI exam last month (at our medical school), it is apparently the way we are heading and have run into a few issues.
