[Building Sakai] Questions about new synoptic tool for Messages & Forums

Sounds good.  I can put in some time setting this up since this will help with community acceptance.  It'll have to be sometime after Aug 23rd.  I'm currently really busy.

distinct tools, it's become dangerous to assume their use together,
though I know Indiana does, and heavily. A flag which makes clear this
