[Building Sakai] sakai clustering

The simplest way to see clustering up and running is via two tomcat
containers on one host w/apache mod_jk or mod_proxy_ajp doing the
balancing..
Quick google on mod_jk or mod_proxy will result in a lot of info on how
to balance your two tomcat containers..
The relevant sakai.properties settings are found here ..
