[Building Sakai] Preferences bug in 2-6-x

Hi,

Is anyone currently maintaining the Preferences tool?

This bug:

http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-15254 

is our top start-of-term bug. It's another one of those JSF stateful-tool-double-click problems.
