[Building Sakai] Kernel Snapshot: library updates and api update

Hi All,

I've put up a new snapshot of the 1.1 kernel in the sakai repo. This
addresses 2 issues:

http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/KNL-232 (Address validation to email
API from Carl Hall) &
http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/KNL-105 (Library Upgrades for 2.7)

Seeing the later includes upgrades to libraries deployed to shared I
would encourage all developers working with trunk to clear out their
tomcat and rebuild to get the latest versions of these libraries. Please
report any untoward behaviour this may introduce so we can address it
well before the 2.7 code freeze.
