[Building Sakai] Sakai Confluence dashboard

Okay, strike that.

The newer version of confluence we're now running has a distinction  
between a Home page and the Dashboard.  I've set the Home page to the  
"Welcome to Sakai!" and set the Dashboard to the Dashboard.

So:

confluence.sakaiproject.org = Welcome
confluence.sakaiproject.org/dashboard.action = Dashboard

How's that?
