[Building Sakai] DB Postgres

You can redirect with the URL param sakai.session=users-sakai-session  
to get Sakai to use that session taht is already established via the  
webservice login:

ie:
> http://my.sakai.server:8080/portal/site/siteName?sakai.session=123456-abcd-1234-abcdef
