[Building Sakai] Auto adding Forum Synoptics to home page in 2.6

Hi all,

In Sakai 2.5, when you add Message Center to a site, Message Center 
Synoptic automatically added to site home page..

We are NOT seeing this in 2.6.x, are we missing some properties here? Is 
there any JIRA for that?
