[Building Sakai] the url specified in a web content should occupy fuul screen instead of the tool frame

Hey,

   How to make the url specified in a web content tool take up the entire
screen. I have a web page loaded into the site's resources. On clicking the
page link in the menubar, in this case 'Home', it should take the user to
that web page (as full screen) instead of opening it in the page area.
