[Building Sakai] SAKAI + CAS + LDAP

Hi,

Here's how to get LDAP running in Sakai 2.5, should be the same for  
2.6 I believe:

And here's how to get Sakai running over CAS:
http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/x/BYALAw

Tip: Do one integration, confirm its working, then do the other so you  
know where the problem is if you run into issues :)
