[Building Sakai] ICOM BOF

Hello all,

There's going to be an ICOM BOF today (Thursday) at 3 PM in Room 301. 
For those who aren't aware, ICOM is an OASIS collaboration standards 
effort proposed by Oracle. The RESTful APIs from ICOM (for things like 
creating discussion fora, wikis, chat messages, social networks, etc.) 
may be adoptable by the Sakai community for the Sakai 3 effort.
