[Building Sakai] 2.6.x pom <version> after 2.6.0 release

Excellent!
This allows institutions to easily update their 2.6.x branch without having
to update the sakai.version on every contrib and in-house developed tools...

Since kernel is a critical base module, it makes perfect sense to me.
