[Building Sakai] sakai2.5 skin appearance problem

Hi Gimmi,
You should create a new Sakai skin (ideally) by modifying a copy of the
default one.

1. The Sakai skins folder is located at
    [sakai_source]/reference/library/src/webapp/skin

    Copy [sakai_source]/reference/library/src/webapp/skin/default
to [sakai_source]/reference/library/src/webapp/skin/myskin

2. Edit the following files:
    portal.css
    tool.css

3. Modify your sakai.properties file to point to your new skin:
    skin.default=myskin

4. Then, you should compile and deploy the "reference" module and start up
Sakai.
