[Building Sakai] Sakai upgrade issue 2.4 to 2.5

Has anyone used the mysql conversion script Sakai_2_4_0-2_5_0_mysql_conversion.sql? I am running into content hosting issue after the upgrade!

Also, when I try to run the script with command line I get the following error:
1062 (23000) at line 162: Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY'

I ended up using Sqlyog to run the script.
