[Building Sakai] Sakai + Spring 2.5.6.SEC01

Hello, all. I have updated the Spring framework patches for Sakai to  
version 2.5.6.SEC01

Can someone with Massive Commit Powers agree to apply this? This patch  
was favorably received three months ago:

I have a personal interest in this: my Grails talk next week is going  
to be laaaaaaaame if this upgrade is not in trunk (not that that  
should motivate you). :-)

Reminder: both commits have to happen at the same time to prevent  
trunk breakage.
