[Building Sakai] Logging file catalina.out is not

Dear all,

I found the logging file "catalina.out" of the tomcat of the sakai (I uses
sakai version 2.6.1) is very big.
In the original tomcat, the logging catalina file is generated with format
catalina.yyyy-mm-dd.log.
But after setup the sakai, it is generate with format catalina.log (without
the day).

Can I setup the logging of sakai to avoid the large file of catalina.out?
