[Building Sakai] Conversion for the 2.6.2 release

Good afternoon,
        As many of you have seen, a 2.6.2 release is just around the corner.      It does not appear that there are any changes that have corresponding conversion script(s).

Please take a moment to review changes in the 2.6.x maintenance branch for projects you work on.  If you find there is needed conversion, please let us know asap.
