[Building Sakai] 2.6.1 problem with org.sakaiproject.api.common.type.TypeManager

This is the real issue that you want to check on.
org.springframework.beans.factory.NoSuchBeanDefinitionException: No
bean named 'org.sakaiproject.api.common.type.TypeManager' is defined

Did you use a fresh tomcat when you upgraded or is this a new
installation on a fresh tomcat?
