[Building Sakai] sakai-2.7.0-M2 milestone tag now available

I've generated the sakai-2.7.0-M2 milestone tag.  QA server admins  
should deploy it to QA servers supporting 2.7 testing environments at  
their earliest convenience.

MODULES DEPLOYED

The M2 tag will deploy (mvn clean install sakai:deploy) to Tomcat the  
following modules:

http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/REL/Sakai+2.7.0+release

Please note that with the advent of "indie" releases a number of Sakai  
projects are versioned and released separately from the bulk of Sakai  
projects that are currently versioned as 2.7-SNAPSHOT (the default  
2.7.x maintenance branch version).  One example would be  
entitybroker-1.3.7.  All of this is documented in Release Management  
space in Confluence (with more documentation on the way).


TOMCAT 5.5.28

QA server admins, if they have not done so already, should update  
their QA instances to run Tomcat 5.5.28 by installing sakai-2.7.0-M2.   
Doing so requires that the following setting be added to either  
JAVA_OPTS or $CATALINA_HOME/bin/setenv.sh (unix) or setenv.bat  
(windows).

-Dorg.apache.jasper.compiler.Parser.STRICT_QUOTE_ESCAPING=false

This setting disables strict quote escaping which causes run-time  
errors in certain Sakai tools that use the JavaServer Faces (JSF) UI  
rendering framework.
