[Building Sakai] App Builder Plugin + Sakai 2.6.0

Actually, looks like it was an issue with Ganymede on OS X Snow leopard, having only a java 1.6 JVM available. I've upgraded to Galileo and all seems well so far.

Will post a fix soon
