[Building Sakai] upgrade to 2.6 question

Thanks for that information, that's good to know.

I apologize for my ignorance with the correct/best process -
If I do use the 2.6.2 tree, what do I do when 2.6.3 is released? pull that down into another directory and do any database mods and the normal mvn commands to deploy?

I guess now that I type that out it makes sense. Is that the best way to do it?

We are planning a 2.6.2 release before Christmas. I'd like to release it no later than 18 December 2009, if not earlier. At the time of release it should lag behind 2.6.x by 24-36 hours max.

An option for you to consider.

Cheers,

Anthony

Got a newbie upgrade question for you all.

I'm preparing our production machine for a 2.6 upgrade over Christmas break.

My question is - do I grab the 2.6.1 code tree, or the 2.6.x code tree from svn ?

(I think we used the 2.5.x tree with the current production system)

Thanks,
 -Jon
