[Building Sakai] Problems with Safari & Chrome

Hi Steve,

That's strange. I'm getting it with the 2.7.x branch. If you've inserted 
a small image, try adding some text after the image. That's when you get 
the scrollbars; I've attached a screenshot.

I'll try an update in the morning and see if that sorts it.
