[Building Sakai] Upgrade JAckrabit to latest 1.4 releases?

Hi All,

It strikes me that we should be keeping our Jackrabbit libraries up to
date with the latest releases in the 1.4 series from the jackrabbit team
the updates i see are:

jackrabbit-core: 1.4.11
jackrabbit-jcr-common: 1.4.2

(all are 1.4 at the moment)
These seem to be safe changes and look like we should get them in before
the 2.7 M2 tag is cut ...
