I've found that if the import code can't locate the DTD the import fails with a
FileNotFoundException. (Putting the DTD in my home directory works on my local machine, but I was
wondering whether there's a recommended location where tools will look for DTDs.)
I'll have a look at XML catalogs, as Noah suggested.
