[Building Sakai] Sakai search 1.2.0-rc01 released

We're pleased to announce the latest milestone release of search in
support of the upcoming 2.7 Sakai release. 1.2.0-rc1 has few changes
since the release of the previous milestone and mainly consist up
upgrade to Apache Lucene  and related libraries:

- Apache Lucene upgraded to 2.9.1 ( SAK-17450)
- Apache Pdfbox upgraded to 0.8.0-incubating (SAK-17140)
- Apache Tika upgraded to 0.5 (SAK-17140)

All these changes have also been applied to the 1.2-sakai26 branch.
